eating enough

I am having a hard time eating calories for the day any suggestions. I am not allowed any fruit or starches.

hmm. what about proteins? I eat Udi's gluten free bread which is delicious! It's 75 cal a piece. Maybe beans, nuts, tempeh, avos have good fats in them.0

Oh yeah, avocados. Good one! You can make a great side dish or snack if you cut up some avocados, some tomatoes, and some scallions and put them over cottage cheese. Or stir them in. Then grind some pepper over the top...tasty!0
