    made these twice now

    today I made them for the superbowl party tomorrow and did it with no sugar added apple pie filling, 2 tablespoons of cinnamon, the angelfood mix and just a splash of water to help.....i ended up cutting into just over 1 square inch bars (40 in a 9 x 13 pan) for 27 cals each!

    Just made these today...used no sugar added cherries..and one box of angel food cake mix...Very good...79 calories for a 2x2 inch snack. when they cooled, i wrapped each individualy then put them in two freezer bags. Everything in my house is portion sized..Makes it alot easier to controll my portions.

    Made this with blueberry glaze filling and then put real blueberries in it! They're fantastic and for something so calorie free and easy to make, I'm almost offended by how good they are!

    I just made this "Black Forest", added 2 T of unsweetened cocoa powder and some frozen unsweetened cherries to the angel food mix. Too tasty!
