Im new to using MFP message boards. My birthday is in April and I'm trying to lose 20 before then. I'm in nursing school, graduating this may, I have a hectic schedule and need all the support and motivation I can get. I struggle more with working out because eating healthy is not difficult for me. I'd love to hear how this Feb challenge work and would like to join. Please add me! Thank you!
Welcome, welcome! Well, some groups have specific things you try to do or accomplish (i.e. walk 20 miles in a week or burn 3500 calories in a week), this group is a way to stay on target with weight loss, but you can do any exercise you want. So, you'll see many people posting the SW - start weight. Then on the days listed, you'll weigh in again and post your CW - current weight. Hope that helps!0 -

I would like to join the challenge! I've only been using the site for a couple of weeks, but have been trying for the past five weeks to do some much needed weight loss!
