Finished 30DS!!!

After seeing everyone else results from the 30DS I decided to give it a try. I usually to just 1 day off a week and included a 30min workout around 4 times to go with it. I am a little disappointed with my results and cannot see a difference in my pictures does anyone???

The last picture shows it best- you look totally different from behind. Your back/waist are way more toned!!0

Your stomach definitely looks more defined and your waist is smaller. I'm sure you built muscle over the 30 days so if your weight has remained the same I'd definitely say you lost fat and gained muscle. At your current weight you should focus a lot more on the measurements and (if you can get) body fat percentage.
