    Chocolate protein shakes (Orgain- best tasting but 255 cals, or Slim Fast- still good with 190 cals)
    Light Hellmann's mayo

    I'm not a big sweets person but I love cheesy, salty, spicy, crunchy things.

    1. Eggs, boiled and ready to go for a snack or meal
    2. Broccoli, love it!
    3. Lemons, for adding to water or squeezing over chicken, fish, salad, etc
    4. Fresh cilantro, yummy on tacos, beans, fresh pico, anything Tex-mex
    5. String cheese, for quick and easy snackage
