Sunday Mini "Challenge"

The challenge for today is:

Go for a 30 minute walk or something to relax. Enjoy the day.

Do NOT log this as the point of this is just to relax and take time for yourself. I have seen enough of my friends exercise cals to know that taking things all in and relaxing is not going to burn that many cals and besides if your worried about your cals your not relaxing!

Remember, the Sunday "challenge" is about relaxation and stress relief.

My mini challenges are open to all.

    Already planned today as a "spike" day.
    I'm going to watch the superbowl and enjoy some good munches and take a day off from working out!
    Monday, it's go time!

    I'm looking forward to a rest day today...First time I've gone this long exercising without a rest day! :)
    My sore butt muscles should thank me ;)

    i had planned on going hiking BUT I was going to log calories burned. I'm going to just enjoy it instead and shoot for the stress relief.
