this parmesan Tilapia is delicious- I add crushed almonds to the topping mixture to give it a nice crunch/crust. It is so easy and super fast to make.

im doing the same thing this week.. no breads or dairy.. yikes!!! eating all veggies and fruit , more raw or steamed than cooked.. right now im making a roux with carrots, celery, garlic, onion and italian seasoning boiled in chicken juice made from boneless skinless chicken breast and thickening it with cornstarch.going to put mushrooms and chicken in it to pour over acorn squash .. it seems to be pretty healthy..there will be no salt in that dish so i will give more specifics tomorrow. carbs will be in it but it will be very healthy carbs from the veggies and no bread or potato involved

If the fat is coming from natural sources, and of course reasonable, there arent any worries unless there is a predisposition....

My blood-work is crystal clea and Ive been under a specialty physician's care... every now and then, I love my compound butter for lightly flavoring vegetables... and the occasional cheese too...

I've been lowcarbing for a long time, but pretty much lost myself for a while during some difficult years in my life.
Now I've been getting myself back on track and had lost 10 lbs between Nov and Jan 1 when I joined this website
to log my food. Since starting on the website I've lost 24 more lbs, so I'm doing pretty good so far and still feel
really focused. I know it's going to slow down though because I'm very sedentary due to some injuries. I'm waiting for a treadmill to be delivered, should be here in a few weeks. Am going to try again to get more activity other than just upper body. As far
as websites with good recipes, I thought I'd seen them all, but I found one the other day with some pretty good recipes,
it's called lowcarb360.com, and the gal who runs it is named Jay and has posted alot of video's of her cooking her
recipes. Some of them aren't new, but some of them are new to me, I made her Lowcarb Shepherds pie the other
night and was surprised how good it was. She makes her cauliflower mashed potatoes alot different from the versions
I use to do, and they actually taste good! LOL Check it out. I was starting to think there were no lowcarbers on this
website. I'm glad I finally found some of you.

Alot of people dont know but veggies are high in carbs yes they are healthy for yo but just watch which ones you are eating go on line and get the facts for each veggie and its good to stay away from fruit since it is very high in sugar. Also another tip carrots turn into sugar when they are digested STAY AWAY

I usually eat under 100 g a day (which is quite low compared to most). :3 It's not to hard. I recommend you just take a second look at the foods your normally look and alter them accordingly. You aren't going to be able to go super low carb all at once. It takes a couple weeks.
