You are doing wonderfull. Do you do strenght training? It helped me with my tummy after my 6th baby.

Thanks every one for the amazing feed back and kind words!! I just wanted to show every one if I can do it, so can you!

And no, what exactly do you do with strength training? Maybe I should start! lol

Any exercise where you pick up heavy things then put them down. I suggest buying the book ¨the new rules of lifting for women¨ it made a major difference on how i look all over.

Hiiii to all my fitnesspal people! My name is Nicolle and I'm 23. I had a baby on January 12, 2011. When I was pregnant with her I gained a whopping 60 pounds! By the time I delivered I was 167 pounds, and only being 5'0, that's not healthy. I was 107 prepregnancy, and now I'm at 119. When I started working out, I was 152. I just wanted to show you all my before and after pictures of my progress so far! It was a lot of walking and cutting the junk food and sodas. So if I can do it, SO CAN YOU!!! I swear walking makes the biggest difference, you just have to do it!

So here is me before....weighing in at 152

wow you look awesome! your results are very inspiring. i'm 23 and 5 foot 2. i'm currently 172.5 and i started about 3 weeks ago at 180. one of my concerns has been that i have some stretch marks on the sides of my hips and a few on the front of my stomach and yours drastically became less visible!!! i'm curious :) did you use any creams or is it that just from weight loss? either way, congratulations on your weight loss and your child!

Thanks again every one, you all made me smile and motivated to keep going! I loved reading all your comments!! I just hope all of you know that you can do it too!

I used a lot of Mederma for them, and yes they also faded over time and with weight loss.
