Cool Runnings..........where they pick up the sled & carry it at the end & everyone starts clapping.......

Films don't often make me cry......this one does - in a 'happy' way.

    Schindler's List

(That part where they learn the Nazis have lost and Oskar has to go on the run. Before he leaves, he reflects on how many people he could have saved if only he sold a few more of his assets. It is a very powerful scene and probably Liam Neeson's greatest moment as an actor...)

Agreed. Also, the shower scene where the women think they are going to get gassed, but the water turns on instead, and they all reach for it...

This movie always makes me cry...
  • Moulin Rouge. One day I'm gonna watch that movie, and Satine will just get up and say "Actually, I feel quite better!" and then they will sing another song for me to memorize!

    Pearl Harbor.
  • I never cry in movies, ever. No matter how sad. Everyone else will be sobbing (men included) and I'm not. Hehe I have no idea why maybe because I used to have clinical depression and I know real sadness to well to cry over a movie that said there is this one movie called Song for a Raggy boy that I watched once and will never watch again because it makes me so angry I want to go into the movie and kill that nasty *kitten* priest (who like takes advantage of his students. Ugh!).
  • E.T.
  • Love, Actually especially Colin Firth's character's proposal
  • Movies that still make me cry:

    1. Brian's Song (both the old one and new one)

    2. Prefontaine (when he died in the car accident. One of the great distance runners ever).

    3. Clean & Sober (when Michael Keaton's new girlfriend, he met at rehab, dies in that car accident after relapsing on cocaine).

    4. No Time For Tears (a documentary about women who served in the Vietnam War & they tell their stories).

    5. Letters Home From Vietnam (a documentary about letters that soldiers & family members of soldiers who had written letters to one another).

    6. 4 Little Girls (documentary about the 4 little black girls killed by the KKK in the 16th St. Baptist Church bombing).

    Pearl Harbor
The Notebook (I wrote you everyday for 365 days...ugh heart melting)
The Cove (This is a must see)

Those are the ones I know I will cry in, but I hate those scenes that sneak up on you!! ='[

I don't typically cry during movies, but I will say The Prestige really got to me. I was super depressed for, like, two weeks after watching it. It's really good. I'd recommend it to anyone who hasn't already seen it.
