What did you do after Ripped in 30?

I'm on the second week of Ripped in 30, now 30DS is getting a bit easy too, so what did you do next? Other than targetted workouts, I'm wanting a more general workout... Thanks!

how about "extreme shed and shred" by Jillian Michaels. I haven't tried it but I have heard good reviews.0
