Today's challenge: Crunches
Let's see if we can do 200.
Also, let's try and do 50 sit-ups. If you can't do sit-ups that's fine but at least try.
Do them the hardest way that you can and practice proper form instead.
You can do the crunches any style you want.
If you can't do them all then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

Done the 200 crunches, but could not manage the sit ups :ohwell: still maybe I'll get them in before the end of the day0
