Hey :)

For dinner tonight I am trying sweet potato chips...

All I am going to do is boil them, then crisp them up in the oven with some fry light ...

I will have about a normal size plateful ...

How many calories is this roughly?

    hi

    1 raw sweet potato (100g) is 86 calories so times that by how many you have.

    4 sprays of fry light is 4 calories (1 cal per spray)
