Anything really.... I have a soft spot for bagels, especially from Panera... well bread in general lol. When I go out to O'Charley's now I just ask them not to bring the rolls to the table because I like them too much and it is hard for me to have just 1.
Other things... aren't necessarily triggers for me, but I tend to overdue them... like turning a single sundae at Graeter's into a banana split.... lol0 -

Anything salty has got my heart!!! I love pretzels...and lots of 'em....but limit my sodium to 1500 a day so I can only have them on rare occasions...0

Bread, especially as other members of the family will only eat white. Reading these posts has made me want pizza though. Curse you all!
Pasta is another food I wish I could eat more of but alas, it sticks to my belly like all carbs. Bah.0 -
reese cups are my downfall.....I have no self control with them and have made it law that no one in house can bring them through the doors...I eat one and I must go buy more. So they are the one and only banned food in the house.:frown:0

Dog food. Some times it smells really good, but I don't know how many calories are in it or what the exact ingredients are, so I can't fit it in my macros.0

Pizza anytime... The bowl of chips at a Mexican restaurant... The first beer, all the other are because of it0

pizza! and my vodka sodas. Also, I know hummus is healthy, but now I have to use serious portion control because I used to be able to eat like half a container with sea salt pita chips. It's healthy untl you realize the whole bag o f chips is gone and you are scraping the side of the hummus bowl! Speaking of chips....Spicy Thai Kettle Chips...woah! Crazy Good!0

Anything Chocolate, but more before. Not so much anymore. Bread! Potatoes. Muffins. Cupcakes. Pizza. Lasagna. Sour cream mmmmm possibly my favourite food ever. Indian food! Mexican food. Beans.0

Cookies, Brownies, Cakes, mostly anything sweet. Cereal is a big bad one for me, I thought I had that under good control as in mornings only, but it's become an evening snack lately too. Ahhhh! Also tortillas with salsa, I can't buy a bag as I can't portion control those at all!0

biscuits and gravy, choclate, pizza, chips and dips so love velevetta and chili dip , I know they got me to where I am and im not taking them with me on this journey. they might visit once in a while but not like before. just say no!!!!0

Right now it's tuna fish sandwhiches and grilled tuna and cheddar...cannot get enough of the stuff and I'm only supposed to eat 2 cans a week..not 2 cans a day! I just ate the last can..I think I just need to not buy anymore for awhile. Gotta find that willpower! lol0
