You look great!! Amazing transformation for 33#'s. You look like you FEEL better too!! You should feel most proud for all you've accomplished so far!!
  • Ok since you all can see my pictures now I have a question. How much lower should I go? Some people say I should stop now. (243) My first GW is 230 and ultimately would like to settle down at 200. Is 200 too low?

Excellent job! I am noticing novelties like being able to see like my wrist bones and feel like shoulder bones and my collar bone, what I notice in yours, not sure if you do, but your arms hang down instead of out! It is fantastic!

Sorry can't help but to quote and respond again. That has been the most exciting part for me, I knew I had them (bones) just kinda forgot I guess. I am very excited for both actually all of us who are seeing this and excited for those working towards this, we will all know what this is like, again way to go! These novelties have been my motivation.

Then I'd say 200 would be just fine.

    I'm aiming for 189 and I'm 5'10

I found this: "For women, allow 100 lbs for the first 5 feet and 5lbs for each additional inch. For men, allow 110 lbs for the first 5 feet and 5 lbs for each additional inch"

Add 10% for a large frame size, and subtract 10% for a small frame size.

You have done an amazing job! Keep up the wonderful work!!
