Was just wondering how i would log Jillian Michael's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism? I haven't got a HRM so don't know the exact calories burnt, but what should I put it down as on here?

    I'd probably log it as aerobics high impact for however long it lasts? Assuming you're doing it high impact of course! There might be others that have a much more scientific method to work it out but that's just how I'd do it :smile:
