iv been on MFP since early November and was doing fine, i fell off the wagon a little bit after Christmas. Since then if i have a really good day eating the next morning i wake up really dizzy and light headed. I am not going to bed hungry or starving myself in anyway and i eat the first avalible chance in the morning (a typically i eat very well at breakfast!)
So what am i doing wrong and do i need to see my G.P??
Thank you in advance.

I have always been like this.... I always just presumed it was down to the fact that there is no blood sugar left in your system by the morning.. which is surely a good thing?
If you are worried go to the doctor though, obviously they will know far better than me!!0 -
Is your last meal the evening before a bit heavy on carbs? Carbs alone burn up quickly, even when you are sleeping, leaving you sugar-depleted.
Try making sure you have a good mix of protein/fats/carbs at each meal, especially your late meal.
FYI: MFP's protein % is rather low...most ppl do better with .8 to 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight.0
