I am desperately trrying to get back to 126lbs (currently 136lbs) but just cannot shift the last few lbs!!!!! I eat healthy and exercise a lot but still it doesn't shift! If anyone rfancies looking at my diary and offering any healpful suggestions on my diet I would really appreciate it. I am wheat and lactose intolerant so am limited in what I can have but I have been at 126lbs before so surely I can get back there!!!!!

I didn't look at your diary, but...Have you adjusted your calories with your weight? You don't need the same amounts of calories to maintain your weight as you lose pounds.
For instance, if you calculated your maintenance calories to be 2,000 (daily) when you weighed 150 lbs (making these numbers up for illustrative purposes), then you consumed fewer net calories when you were losing weight. Let's say 1700, per day.
1700 calories (net = calories in minus exercise) per day will allow to you drop weight until you reach the level where 1700 is the maintenance. Let's say that's where you're at now, 136. To drop below 136, you'll need to create a deficit through more exercise or less food to drop more.
However, the absolute weight number is only a guide. Look at your body composition. What is your body fat? Are you satisfied with your appearance? etc.
Perhaps you'd be better served at 136 with a reconstituted body, i.e. lean muscle replacing body fat. Maybe a switch in workout regimen is in order - use more resistance training, with a higher intensity vs. cardio?

Ditto the above...I had to go to a 0.5 lb/week loss to shed the final 15 pounds.0

You're not eating enough and not getting enough protein. Your body isn't getting the nutrition it needs, and if you lose, you're going to be losing muscle mass with the fat.
Make sure you're only set to a half pound a week, eat all your calories plus most of your exercise calories. Aim to go over your protein goal... I'd adjust it so it's closer to 25% of your daily calories.0 -

For the last 10-15 pounds you should not set your weight loss goal per week any higher that .5 pounds per week. Make that change and start eating the calories the site gives you and you will find after 2-3 weeks the weight will start to come off. Here is a helpful guide to calorie deficits http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/61706-guide-to-calorie-deficits0
