What has been pushing me the last few days....

I feel my workouts, since getting back into my journey have been lacking intensity and focus, not sure if it was mentally or a combination of both.
The last few days I have watched/listened to these videos. Critique the authors of them if you will but the words still hold true and I have noticed with these two videos I have regained focus and have started to push my reps, sets, weight.
Normally I would predetermine my point of failure before I even started the set, now I have stopped and push till the point that I LITERALLY can do no more. I know this will be taxing on my body. I will rest and recover. I will do what I must to be who I want to be.
I am sharing these and hopefully someone gains something from them as well.
