Anyone done Brazilian Butt Lift?

I probably shoulda posted this BEFORE I ordered it... Just curious, is anyone else doing it? I ordered it last night after watching the infomercial, which I've honestly never done before! I'm at my goal weight but still am flabby in the tummy & rear area so I'm hoping this will help and be fun and motivating. I usually work out twice a week, but struggle the days my trainer isn't here. Any words of advice? I can still get my money back for 30 days if everyone says it's no good!!!

I havent done it but i have two friends who are currently doing it and they say it does work! They were really sore after their first day. One of them is a gym rat and even she said she was sore!0

I have always wanted to do that, but didn't have the $ to spend on it....I'm sure it's like anything else, if you do it & stick to it, it will work. Enjoy it!0

Did it for a few weeks... Definitely had a more firm tush!0

I have it. Got it as a gift. It's a fine work out if you're trying to only tone. It's not a big calorie burner.
I wouldn't say it's anything too terribly special. Just sorta average. I honestly get a better buns/core workout from Bob Harper's Buns workout.0 -
LOL I thought this thread was about the actual surgical procedure!
What is the Brazilian Butt Lift? A work-out? Share0 -
Check out user reviews on Amazon. It seems to be getting pretty good reviews from the users there. I hope they don't take that infomercial off the air... It's like watching .... well, never-mind. lol0

Hey,
I bought this, I am now on the second week of doing this workout. Lots of lower body work. The Cardio which is only 30 minutes, is actually fun. Practically dancing. I like it. As for the other workouts, be prepared to work hard. And you can do the other workouts without weights or bands until ready.
Good thing to remember, when you are sweating, its just the fat crying, haha!
I hope you like the workouts.0 -

I agree. It's okay. I incorporate it into P90x since that doesn't have that much specific leg exercises, but it's not much of a workout on it's own.0 -

LOL!
Those of you that did it for awhile, did you have to do something else afterwards to maintain things? I'm curious what you're supposed to do after the 60 days are up. Is it a big deal not to do it all in a row? I'm not sure I'll have time to do it daily, hoping for every other day.

I found that it was hard to find unbiased reviews, even the ones on amazon seem perhaps from the company itself??0 -
Did it for 30 days. Liked it
Fun and didn't lose interest
Saw results in both appearance and feel (firmer butt and thighs)0 -
I started program again last week, and stop due to knee ache. I decided to incorporated this workout after reaching 105 pounds as I feel I will get better results!
Cardio is a fun workout and mat exercises are great!0 -
I haven't done it but have considered it because I think the results look amazing in the infomercials (even a Victoria's secret model did it) but when I posed the question to some of my teammates who have done it, these were their replies:
***I am a Beachbody coach & these are replies from other coaches-its from our private group, I copy/pasted-these are all honest answers.*****
I opted NOT to buy it because I don't want to be annoyed & if anyone got bored with it, I think I would too. I"m doing Insanity & I just bought Rockin' Body (also have P90X, Chalean Extreme & Turbo Jam...plan on getting Turbo Fire) so hopefully between all of these, my butt will be lifted without the Brazilian Butt Lift! LOL
1-"It is fun. I'm very uncoordinated when it comes to dancing & I like it. It is more of a workout than it looks like"
2-"Same here! I am uncoordinated and it was hard for me to do the dancing one. But I did get a good workout from it!"
3-"I did it too! Don't let this thing fool you! Some of these moves are no joke!! The mermaids are really hard, but boy do they tone you up!"
4-"I'm loving the heavy weights with Chalean and don't want to lose my progress with that since it doesn't look like you use them with BBL, BUT I would like a higher butt to take with me on vaca this summer!! "
5-"BBL is awesome."
6-"I prefer TurboFire to BBL. I liked the workouts for BBL but the trainer annoyed me."
7-"I borrowed it from a friend....I got bored with it super fast, and I agree that the trainer is very annoying. I was very disappointed."0 -
