Sauteed squash and onions
non-stick skillet
@1 1/2 yellow squash per person
medium sweet onion
salt and pepper
Margarine-as little as possible, usually 1 1/2 tbsps(might be able to use less olive oil)
Cut everything up into small pieces.
Saute until very tender. Season to taste. Yummy.

This is one of my favorite recipes! I've been making it since I learned to cook. It's also good with a little dill weed sprinkled on it.0
