I'm currently doing the Power 90 program and MFP doesn't have it in it's data base. I bought a heart rate monitor and use that to monitor my calorie burn, In the exercise tab I created my own work out and then just input the time spent working out with the Power 90 and the calories my HRM said I burned.0

Before I had my HRM, I logged all my Jillian workouts as Circuit Training.0

This. Get a HRM if you can though...so much more accurate!0 -
For those of you who used to log it as circuit training but now have a HRM, do you find the calorie count to be comparable?0

Curious as to how the HRM compares to "circuit training" for the 30DS?0
