    Starting weight is when you started your lifestyle change no matter how long ago this was. It is inspiring to see how far everyone has come.

    Thank you whoever added the dates to the spreadsheet. I was getting ready to add them myself so ppl wouldn't be confused on the first weigh in date.

    I am totally new to this site but have been trying like crazy since new years. I have lost 8 pounds prior to joining and have a long way to go. Count me in! I want to be down another 5 lbs in 21 days. That's my goal....crap, i better tell hubby no sweets for his sweet come V-day :p

    I will play devils advocate :) What about us who bake and cook with dietary issues in mind. I have deserts that I make that are gluten and sugar free. Are those things considered junk? Just askin!

  • The hard one for me would be chocolate. I have chocolate once a day...Right now to "get my chocolate fix", I eat a serving of dark chocolate covered almonds. At least that's healthy. :)
