I am totally new to this site but have been trying like crazy since new years. I have lost 8 pounds prior to joining and have a long way to go. Count me in! I want to be down another 5 lbs in 21 days. That's my goal....crap, i better tell hubby no sweets for his sweet come V-day0

I will play devils advocate What about us who bake and cook with dietary issues in mind. I have deserts that I make that are gluten and sugar free. Are those things considered junk? Just askin!0

The hard one for me would be chocolate. I have chocolate once a day...Right now to "get my chocolate fix", I eat a serving of dark chocolate covered almonds. At least that's healthy.0
