25 lbs lost with pic

I finally got the guts to take a picture of myself and post it on here. This was the scariest thing I've done sofar, so please be kind.

Sofar, I've lost 25 lbs on MFP (32 lbs total), and I'm down 3 pant sizes.

This is me in my old jeans (size 18W). I'm now a size 14.

I have a long way to go still, but I'm really proud of myself sofar.

To those of you who are scared or impatient, don't be. It took me over a year to drop this weight after falling off the wagon twice. You CAN do this, just stick with it! :smile:

    :smile: Great job! I started out @ 216 and am down 11 lbs!!! Great job. I didn't tkae my photos til tonight... will post when I am a little more courageous!!! AWESOME JOB!!! Stick with it!
