What would help to get my mommy tummy into a no tummy I'm goign to start excersizing hardcore but want to target my stomach most of all

    I'm read to do Planking. I know it sounds weird but I just did 40 reps and OMGosh it hurts! I can totally feel it in my tummy.

    You need to lower your BF% to get a flat tummy.

    Keep up with the cardio and make sure you are fueling that body :flowerforyou:

    Unfortunately, you cant spot reduce fat - that is, you cant choose where you lose your fat from.

    Just work on creating a moderate calorie deficit, drink lots of water, regular exercise, lift heavy weights and work on reducing your overall bodyfat. The rest is genetics.
