Processed, processed, processed. I prefer to put natural things in my body.

PS Fat isn't bad for you.

I tried Walden Farms before I knew anything about it..
The chocolate syrup is okay in SMALL amounts - but that peanut spread crap? It's just nasty. It's bitter, and thick, and oily tasting.
My dog even refuses to eat it ^.^

Tried their alfredo sauce too...bitter, and extremely salty tasting...tried mixing in a small amount with Prego's light alfredo...the taste was still too overpowering :/

I'd rather having a heaping teaspoon of Jif's natural, for sure.

    PB&J-
    You will need-
2 Slices of Wonder Light Wheat Bread [40cal each 5g carbs each]
Walden Farms ZERO CALORIE Peanut Spread[ can find at your local grocery store, just ask for it!]
Walden Farms Zero Calorie Rasberry fruit spread

Make the same way you'd make regular pb&j, just make sure both Walden Farms products have been REFRIGERATED otherwise they wont taste too good=/

    Nutrition- 80 Calories, 9g Carbs, 4g protein!

WHAT?!?! you just changed my life. Walden farms is about to make a fortune off me.

    This^^^^

Why sacrifice good calories for processed ''0 cal'' artificial junk?
Natural peanut butter (ingredients= peanuts only) is good for your body.
