I never log my exercise

I'm a New Yorker and I walk constantly, often several miles a day. I never log this, because I don't really feel like it's exercise and I don't want to be tempted to eat the calories. However, I see people logging walking all of the time. Anyone else choosing not to log their "walking" as exercize? What's working for everyone?

I used to not log it. If you are not logging walking, then just make sure your activity level is set to reflect that (e.g. don't have it set to "sedentary").

I set my lifestyle to sedentary and then logged walking as it varied so much day to day depending on how many of the dog walks I did and where I was working that day. Now I am on maternity I will probably put mildly active and not log walking, I'm doing all the dog walks now. To be honest, walking calories are always fairly negligible so I would only bother changing them if you are trying to figure out what is going wrong.
