What's your keep you on track snack?

Yesterday to keep myself from eating a bag of salty chips (totally TOM cravings - sorry boys, just being honest) I reached for a small package of Azami Roasted Seaweed. Totally has the salty, crispy texture and the small serving size is perfect! I also indulged in one square of Lindt Dark Chocolate with Sea Salt....and managed to keep on track!
What's your go to "healthy" hit?
(Here is a link to a blog with a picture of Azami Roasted Seaweed for those curious about it...In Canada, I buy it at Superstore, but there are many brands available...even Wasabi Flavoured)

A bit of cottage cheese! Creamy, cheesy, and more or less filling.
I crave for the fizzy sweet drinks more than I do food. We have this sweetened-but-zero-cal sparkling water at work (Meijer Quenchers) which thankfully satisfies that! Lipton Red Zinger tea is also on my list.0 -
Greek yogurt, low fat string cheese, dark chocolate, raw almonds0

Gotta have a little protein in a snack for it to do the trick for me.0 -
Special K has different flavored chips and with 27 pieces being as serving size, I'll opt for those when I want a salty or spicey treat. I also love the Nutrigrain bars, Rice Krispy snack bars and i make protein shakes with real fruit and almond milk then freeze them for an ice cream like treat too.0

I like Laughing Cow cheese spread on just about anything. I also like Ostrim natural meat sticks (includes ostridge meat). They are 80 calories, 1.5 grams of fat and have 14 grams of protein.0

I take Oikos Vanilla Yogurt (nothing added) and put it in my Ice Cream Maker (the ones with the canister you freeze first)...leave it in for ten minutes and instant "ice cream" treat.
I want to puree some frozen raspberries and add it next time. Hmm might have a snack idea for this afternoon0 -
