Has anyone actually tried this?
It's a big belt w/ velcro that you put on when you work and is supposed to help trim your waist.

Are these worth investing in, or just another gimmick?
Help! :)

Thanks in advance!

I would say they are just a gimmick otherwise everyone would have them- There is no easy quick fix way to trim your waist, thighs or any other trouble spot. except good old fashioned diet and exercise

I have one, and I don't see a huge difference in my waist from it (I do from my ab work outs) but it does help to lose some water weight. I'm sure it's different for everyone. Of course, diet and exercise are really the only things that work. Good luck!

That's pretty much what I was thinking. I don't see how it could really do anything.

I just wanted to know. My biggest insecurity is my giant pot belly-- If I relax, I get asked if I'm pregnant.

    Sigh.
    Oh well!
    :)

    Thanks!
