mix 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder with 1 Tbsp of natural peanut butter and you have a sweet dryer peanut butter. Use it on or in anything you would normally use peanut butter.

Had a PB&J for lunch with this and it was great. I also sometimes add rice crisps to the protein peanut butter then roll into balls and freeze for a treat.

I also throw in 1/3 scoop (9grams protein) in coffee.

I don't use whey powder because all of the whey proteins you get have sucralose in them which can cause long term effects to your liver BUT I do us chocolate shakeology and love adding almond milk and strawberries!

Untrue. 'Whey to go' by Solgar does not.

My never fail go-to breakfast smoothie is:

    - 1 scoop Designer vanilla whey
    - 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, choc or vanilla
    - 1/2 a frozen banana
    - 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
    - 1/2 tbsp pure cocoa powder
    - 1 packet stevia.
    - crushed ice to make it nice n' thick

I usually alternate one of these one day, and the next day I have eggs. I don't like anything else than those things for breakfast, and the smoothie keeps me full for a good 2-3 hours, it's enough protein/carbs/fats for me. I also used to really enjoy ice cream/frozen yogurt/Wendy's frosties and this keeps my cravings away

Low Carb High Protein Pumpkin Pancake Recipe
Serving size – 2 small pancakes

    Ingredients
Egg whites – 3-4 egg whites
    Cooking splenda – 2 tbsp
Maple Grove Sugar free pancake mix – 1/3 serving
    Pumpkin (can) – 1/2 serving (2 ounces)
    Cinnamon – 1 tsp
Vanilla whey protein – 1/2 serving

    Directions
Mix all ingredients, a blender would be best, I use the "magic bullet". The more you mix the fluffier the pancakes. Cook the mixture as you would do for normal box pancakes. However, these are less stable and require a little more time in the pan.

    Macros for 2 servings
    Protein 27g
    Carbohydrates 13g
    Fibre ~8g
    Fats 1.5g of fat

Top with Walden Farms calorie free Pancake Syrup and Spray butter.......YUMMY

Then I add the Whey in after its mixed and mix again.
I will decide how much Whey after my work out I like two scoops. which is 280 calories and 54 grams of protein.
  • I am loving this post!

I made these the other day with a few alterations! http://www.pipandebby.com/pip-ebby/2011/2/22/healthy-breakfast-muffins.html

I left out the banana and used 1/2 cup Applesause instead
I left out the raisins and used same amount in dried Cherries
Then Added Vanilla Whey Protein 1 Scoop!

So Good! I made them and froze them so I can just pop it out in the morning!

  • JUST FOR ME ICE CREAM

    1 Scoop Protein Powder, Vanilla
    1/2 Banana, Frozen
    4-5 Ice Cubes
    1/4 Cup Aloe Vera Juice
1/4 Cup Prepared Sugar Free Singles (Flavor of Choice)

Toss Ice Cubes in Blender first.
Blend to a 'snow like' consistency.
Toss in all other ingredients EXCEPT liquid.
    Blend.
SLOWLY add liquid ingredients to desired consistency.

(I prefer an 'ice cream like' texture.)

Pancakes, smoothies, flapjacks, power balls. The list is endless

My current fave is unflavoured way sprinkled onto salad. The brand I use has a random yet nice sticky texture as it hits the moisture

1 scoop chocolate whey protein (I use Herbalife 24 Rebuild)
2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter Powder. Guys can use peanut butter or almond butter if they don't mind the fat
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 to 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder.

Mix it all up and add water as needed to make it the right consistency. I sprinkle the top with a little sea salt when Im done. Its like chocolate peanut butter cheesecake!!!! It is ugly though. If the look grosses you out you can blend the cottage cheese in the blender first.
