I like petite carrots and peanut butter for a quick snack.
For a good protein bar I eat the Pure Protein Bar Chocolate & Peanut butter. You can get them at GNC, but you can also get them at Walmart for much cheaper. ($6.99 for a box of 6)

Sugar free pudding gets me through my chocolate cravings. I don't have it all the time but every now and then I really need something with chocolate! Other than that low fat yogurt and fruit is my go to snacks.

    low fat string cheese

Special K fruit crisps - 100 calories and awesome

I like the atkins protein bars. They are usually by the vitamens and such in grocery stores.

    Suggested snacks:

    Frozen grapes
    Raw veggies and Hummus
    Almonds
    Popcorn
portioned cereal (usually shredded wheat or cheerios, the shredded wheat will keep you full filling between meals)
    greek yogurt
vita tops & vita brownies (100 calories each and full of fiber and no preservatives)
    apples and yogurt
red pears (not canned pears) and cottage cheese

    * a few things i could think of right off the bat*

I try to stay away from processed sugar when snacking, it usually just makes you crave something else a few hours later. If i have processed sugar then its usually full of protien and it keeps me full.

Depends on personal taste and how many calories you want to use. I have protein bars on the way to my Kung Fu classes on Monday and Wednesday night (because I can't eat until late those nights), I've used several that I like:
    Detour Bars
    Met Rx Colossal
    Cliff Bars
    Pure Protein

Other healthier low-cal snack choices we've found include VitaMuffin VitaTops and Brownies (100 calories each) and Fiber One brownies (90 calories).

For protein bars, I do enjoy Cliff Builder bars quite a bit...the lemon and vanilla almond flavors are pretty great!

It's a healthy fat...and fat is not going to make you fat. Fat is simply calorie dense in comparison to other macros.
