Hi, I am new...

Hi,

I just started here about a week ago and I find that MFP is really making me more aware of where I am and where I would like to be.

I am personally not as concerned with losing weight as I am with getting my body fat % down. So any advice is welcomed.

Currently I am around 271 lbs @ 22% body fat and my goal is 255 @ 15%.

Breaking holiday eating habits is going to be difficult, but I have a little trick to keep me on course.

I write the goal weight on the palm of my hand. It forces me to stare at it daily.

Anybody with similar goals feel free to message/add me.

    Welcome to MFP! I am also not all that worried about the weight just trying to lose the inches and get back to being toned up again
