    A serving of the pork rinds I get are 80 cals, 0 carbs, 5g fat and 9 g protein--I think they make a great snack and are delicious.

    I like to use sugar snap peas (raw) and dip them in hummus like they were chips. The Athenos brand hummus (spicy 4 pepper) is my favorite.
