Back in medival times, monks (and some Priests) would sprinkle ashes on their food so they wouldn't indulge in the deadly sin of gluttony.
Try pouring salt into every soda you open until the thought of drinking a soda is repulsive.
HAHAHAHAHAHA awesome idea. I was a big pop drinker too. I've really cut back. If I feel the need to indulge, I go for diet pepsi lime. I will take the aspartame over sugar0 -
For me I quit cold turkey. It was a goal of 2012 to not drink any soda. I had to detox for at least a week. I had to take excedrin to replace the caffeine.
Now I drink a ton of water and if needed add in some crystal light or propel zero.
I quit cold turkey as well. I mostly drink unsweetened tea now or just lots of water. If I get bored with water I like adding in Mio.
Christmas made 2 years now that I haven't had soda. =]0 -
Start limiting your soda portions bit by bit. Not all at once, just over time reduce your intake of it and eventually your cravings for it may stop.0
