Change your day... remove the trigger.... maybe you could plan your day so you do a workout right after school? Better yet, have a health-oriented friend meet you so you can go for a walk/run together and avoid the afternoon munchies?0

Increase the amount of protein. It helps with those nasty carb cravings.0

Super Bowl was only a week ago. I'm thinking it's quite possibly hormonal. How about you? You're female so maybe look at a calendar, do you see a pattern? Might be that you're just now noticing it. Other wise, look for the trigger like the earlier person mentioned. I think this website is more than just weight loss. I really believe that many of us sincere members are learning things about our bodies and ourselves that we never took the time to notice before! Food fuels our body, it's no surprise to notice how it runs at different times, under different circumstances and with different fuels! I hope you can get things under control and back to your happy routine!! )0

Have you tried controlling your portions? Put together 100 calorie (or however much you want to allot) packs of whatever sweet or salty snack you are craving. When you get home, grab a pack, and then leave the kitchen to eat somewhere else. That way, you still get what you're craving, but once you are done you can't immediately grab more, hopefully giving your willpower a chance to kick in. Also, try grabbing an apple or other high fiber and water food to help fill you up.0
