    Start off the day with a yoplait very cherry yogurt, piece of toast and water. Go for my walk - water, water, water. Then sit down to enjoy a real breakfast - Fiber one honey clusters, with a tablespoon of raisins! MMMM, good!!

    Oatmeal with a little milk, 1/2 cup of peaches, and a sprinkle of cinammon along with Trader Joe's Pomegranite Green Tea.

    Yoga class at 9AM for an hour. I will ride my bike two miles to get there then two miles back (saves on gas as well as creating exercise).

    Nothing today...I think my personal trainer got me sick!:noway: But usally I have:

    4 Eggs
    4 pieces of taost

    and i make 2 egg sandwiches with these.

    oh and sometimes i add a banana or 2.
