Took that challenge, 100 arm curls, 4 sets of 25, 20 pound dumb bells. two minute break in between.
Done and feeling the burn.

I really didn't think I could do it. I figured if I made it half-way I could call it a victory. But breaking up the sets throughout the day, I was able to manage all 200! Thank you!0
