1/4 block of tofu with a tablespoon of ground chocolate - blend together for a delicious and not-overly-sweet protein pudding! It's one of my favorite post-workout recovery snacks.

What consistency (silken, firm, etc) of tofu do you find works best for this?

I've discovered that Krave Double Chocolate cereal works for me. At only 130 calories for 3/4 cup, the crunchy chocolate squares and creamy chocolate center satisfies my cravings and sweet-tooth.
