I'm gonna share this because I make it all the time. It's quick, easy & delicious!
Pita Pizza
- 1 pita pocket - I use Arnold's Pocket Thins because they're only 100 calories. I either use the 8 grain or the Italian herb.
- pizza/spaghetti sauce - I use Prego Traditional spaghetti sauce, about 1/2 cup. (70 calories)
- fat free shredded mozzarella - about 1/4 cup (45 calories)
- turkey pepperoni - Sometimes I use 7, sometimes 9 - depends on my mood. About 30 calories.
I put foil on a pizza pan, lay the pita flat & spread the sauce over it. Add the cheese & pepperoni. Bake until the cheese is melted.
SO EASY & SO GOOD! Always satisfies my pizza cravings - for 245 calories. Can't beat that!

I'm not sure what you mean? I'm allotted 1200 calories/day. I usually eat at least that much, but I also exercise & I usually gain about 200 calories/day, which I eat back if I'm hungry. I look at my fat, sugar, sodium & protein - I go over sometimes, but I don't let it stress me out. I focus on the calories.0 -
