    Did you have caffiene too late? I took 2 sleeping pills at 9pm and I'm still ghosting around my house at 4am. I think sleep is just broke up with me and refuses to tell me :)

    theres a song on youtube called weightless by the marconi union, that always gets me to sleep, but you have to be in bed and prepared to clear your mind, it might work for you too!

    I fell asleep earlier watching tv and now I'm wide awake at 1:30 in the morning. Nice to see i'm not alone! lol

    Yay " insomniacs and the othe people on the other side of the world willing to talk to us" club! I decided to try belly dancing for a new exercise last night. I now feel like I tried to remove my stomach muscles with a rusty tweezers and cheap vodka. :(
