    Would this include raising a beer to your mouth while watching the sport?

    This is surely the same movement and you would definately be having fun

    12oz curls are my favorite! But 100 per arm... I'm going to need more beer!

    done 100 with 3kg weights... i never do weights so i don't want to kill my arms today haha!! but i think half way is a good attempt :D

    Ouch! Well I did work on my arms earlier today already. I feel like a wimp only using 3lb weights, but it's all I have :)

    I love these challenges.

    Took that challenge, 100 arm curls, 4 sets of 25, 20 pound dumb bells. two minute break in between.

    Done and feeling the burn.

    Thanks for the challenge. Now for 40 minutes of Tabata.

  • I really didn't think I could do it. I figured if I made it half-way I could call it a victory. But breaking up the sets throughout the day, I was able to manage all 200! Thank you!
