    11 months, 100lbs lost with MFP. Pics inside.

    It has been a long road, 11 months in total. But with the help of MFP i have finally done it and my life has changed completely. 100 lbs lost and people no longer recognise me. I have gone from a 51 inch waist to a 32/34 inch waist. From a 50 inch chest to a 38 inch chest, a 19.5 inch collar to a 16 inch collar.

    For everyone who wonders if it worth persevering my advice is keep going, don't stop, it will all be worth it in the end.

    For more than a decade I was invisible because of my weight, now people notice me. Love has re-entered my life, lust too.

    My whole outlook has changed, i feel better, i look better. Clothes look good now, i can shop in normal places.

    The people who ignored me before now stare at me, respect me more.

    I stuck to 1200 calories for about 9 months, did daily exercise, changed my relationship with food. It took some real mental power, but i surprised my self and rediscovered my will.
