    Absolutely amazing, and very, very, inspiring! Good for you for keeping up with it. I want you to know that this post came at the right time for me, when I was becoming lazy and falling into old patterns after 3 months of doing great. I'm at a plateau and was starting to get into my old mind frame of "I just can't do it" and you have inspired me to keep it up, and continue with my journey. Thanks!

    It has been a long road, 11 months in total. But with the help of MFP i have finally done it and my life has changed completely. 100 lbs lost and people no longer recognise me. I have gone from a 51 inch waist to a 32/34 inch waist. From a 50 inch chest to a 38 inch chest.

    For everyone who wonders if it worth persevering my advice is keep going, don't stop, it will all be worth it in the end.

    For more than a decade I was invisible because of my weight, now people notice me. Love has re-entered my life, lust too.

    My whole outlook has changed, i feel better, i look better. Clothes look good now, i can shop in normal places.

    The people who ignored me before now stare at me, respect me more.

    I stuck to 1200 calories for about 9 months, did daily exercise, changed my relationship with food. It took some real mental power, but i surprised my self and rediscovered my will.

    GREAT Work! My story is like yours I have lost 158 lbs. since May 15, 2011 or 9 Months. Only difference is I still have 32 lbs. to lose.
