I'm currently eating:
2 eggs (whole ones, I have low blood pressure & iron, so it's a MUST) scrambled and seasoned with Club House Vegetable Seasoning (low sodium)
2 pieces of ButterBall Bacon-Style Turkey
1 Yogurt Cup
1 Fruit Cup (currently favouring diced peaches in juice or Motts' Fruitsations Unsweetened Mixed Berry)0 -
A slice of bread with 1 boiled egg. (200 calories)
A slice of bread with some peanut butter and jelly. (160 calories)
English muffin with omelette. (200 calories)0 -
This may be a little higher calorie for a female profile, but it fits my nutrition profile perfectly. It's got a balance of 40% Protein, 35% carbs, and 25 percent fat. It's under 300 calories:
1/3 cup egg beaters
1/4 cup Sargento reduced calorie shredded cheese
1.5 ounces Boars Head low sodium ham.
1 Thomas Hearty Whole Grain English Muffin
Put the ham in a hot skillet coated with cooking spray. Place cheese on top. Scramble egg beaters and place cooked egg beaters on top of ham and cheese. Place the whole thing on toasted English muffin.0 -
I had an awesome egg white omlete this morning! Didn't take me long to make. 3 Egg whites, a bit of spinach, onions, green peppers, red peppers, and a tiny bit of mozzarella cheese. It was about 90 calories and then I added a piece of turkey bacon some fresh fruit would have gone well with it too. Most mornings though I just have oatmeal.0

I take 1/2 cup 1% milk, 1/4 cup of strawberry yogurt, 1/2 a banana, and about 5-6 frozen strawberries and throw them into a blender. It makes a full tall glass of smoothie and is only about 177 calories!
Going to try it with almond milk tomorrow which will take the calories down even more!0 -
quick veggie omelet. I make it while unloading the dish washer in the morning. Saute spinach, add the eggs (2 large or you could do 1 egg and 3 egg whites), cover, flip, put a LITTLE bit of cheese (I prefer feta, but whatever you have works) and fold over. Takes less than 5 minute, 225 cals and you are good to go.0

My favorite is to sautee 1/2 c zucchini, !/2 small onion, 1 cup sliced mushrooms, and 1 or 2 plum tomatoes until soft, then scramble in 2 eggs or 1/2 cup egg beaters whichever I have on hand. MMMM0

MY FAVORITE IS EGG WHITES WITH PEPPERS AND ONIONS MOZARELLA CHEESE, TURKEY BACON ON WHEAT TOAST. I AGREE WITH THE OATMEAL BUT I WAS JUST INTRODUCED TO THE IRISH OATMEAL AND THE TEXTURE IS LIKE CREAM OF WHEAT SO I MAY CAN TOLERATE THAT I WAS THINKING ABOUT GIVING IT A TRY BECAUSE THE ORIGINAL TEXTURE OF OATMEAL LOOKS GROSS AND I WONT EVEN TRY IT. OH THAT BREAKFAST IS APPROX 320 CALORIES0

I have a question...
All of you seem to only be eating breakfasts with less than 300 calories... do you find yourself famished in an hour? I guess I always have a big breakfast...0 -
