The 30 Day Shred is a Jillian Michaels workout DVD...it's got about a 20 minute workout in 3 different levels that you're supposed to progress along over 30 days. A lot of people get some great results.0 -

Hey, it's the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, it has 3 levels, so you can work your way up to harder workouts, I recommend it if your looking to do stength and cardio!!0

I just did it for 19 days and then mybest friend came to stay for a week and I bailed! So mad at myself! So, I am ready to start again! Tomorrow will be day 1 for me!0

I just completed day 15. I'm on level 2 and am hoping to move to level 3 on Thursday. I absolutely love it and am looking into buying another one of her videos. I find it a total butt kick every day.0
