Log in your total time at whatever pace you went overall. So you walk/run a 15min/mile, log it in as that.0

I try to figure out total time for walking and total time running and log them seperately. shouldn't be a huge difference anyways0

When you first start, you're not running that much. So log it as a fast pace walk. Later you can move it up to running but it will be a good 5 weeks of that program I think before you're running any distance and short walking intervals.0
