Age young 69 but still work as a tour guide

Anyone out there a young senior citizen .I want to lose weight to fit into all the lovely clothes in my wardrobe and be healthy although I am fit, I now have high blood pressure and would like to come off medication

    You are a youngster compared to me ,but I would love to be your friend,It was when I hit 60 that I struggled with my weight,I think I just relaxed and thought at my age why bother until my blood pressure when up and I saw photos in which I looked a fat OLDER lady
