weight training advice?

I'm new to MFP - 1st day! Looking for weight lifting ideas at the gym. I'd rather use free weights than the machines, but really don't know what moves to do. Anyone have a website they use or ideas where to start? Or maybe it is here on this site, but I haven't found it yet? Thanks!

JEFIT app or bodybuilders.com is what I use to make my routines and choose what exercises to do0
