Ok Long story short i have wide hips and butt and my butt is also big:blushing:
My question is what are some good excercises to help lift your butt, and slim your butt and hips...I used to have a flat butt before I had kids lol..But ever since I had kids my butt grew!!!:noway: lol..Thanks!

I have the same problem, and I have found that jumping squats have made a huge impact on my rear! :laugh:0

It's in the article I posted. It's when you squat down and jump all the way up and do it over again. You're just jumping up and down, but everytime you come down, you have to squat.0

Squats are great for toning the hips and butt, but I found that a lot of cardio is your best route for fat lost. walking, jogging, running, eciptical and tae-bo. Try five days of cardio and toning 2- 3 times a week every other day0
