Eating exercise calories and are they already accounted for?

I understand we need to eat our calories burnt from exercise, but when I set up my calorie allowance for the day etc, I also put in my exercise for the week - 60 mins 3 times a week.
So, my question is, because MFP has already asked for my exercise, do I still log my exercise and eat those calories, or have they already been built into my daily allowance - so shouldnt be eating them when I log my exercise? Thanks

When MFP asked for your exercises per week, that was just your "exercise goal".
You actually need to input your exercises each day.
It will show at the top, with your calories, a section that shows how many have been accounted for via exercise.0
